You will receive the first draft of your design which may be a sketch or digital proposal depending on what items you have ordered. After approval of the draft, we will continue along the same lines.

After approval of the final design, we will send over the bill for the second half of the payment which can be paid by using available payment modules. Once it is approved, we will send you the final files in a high resolution.

We do both. If you want us to custom-create a brand vibe for you, we’d love to do that. But just in case you are in a hurry or tight on the budget, then you can choose from our existing library of overlays, badges, and emotes.

Do I need separate overlays for different streaming platforms?
No, you don’t. You can use the stream overlay packages for all platforms, including Twitch, Facebook, YouTube, Trovo, and others.

Do you make transition animations?
Yes, we do. These animations will play whenever the scene switches.
